1. Decide on a design.
This is an important decision, so make sure you
have it exactly like you want. If you're having
design troubles, but know what you want we will
be happy to help once an order is placed.
If you are
using any symbol or design that is copyrighted
be sure to get permission first. We assume that
our customers have received proper approval for
their design.
We
accept artwork in almost any image format as
well as PowerPoint Presentations.

E-mail
or send us the design and let us know the
following:
How
many coins you plan on order.
What
size the coins are. - 1.5", 1.75",
2", 2.5", or 3" (We can do bigger
if needed)
What
finish the coins are.
If
you want color and whether or not you want it on
both sides.
What
other options you want: epoxy, diamond/swirl
cut, consecutive numbering, presentation cases,
etc...
3. Confirm the order.
Once
you place an order you will need to confirm is
by placing at least a 50% deposit on the order.
Once this is done we will begin artwork and have
you a final design within 2 to 4 days.
4. Okay the final design.
In
a couple of days you will receive a final
design. This shows the detail of your coin and
we cannot proceed with an order until you give
the okay. We try to be perfectionists with your
designs, but we're human so please look it over
carefully in case we missed something.
5. Wait for your coins.
This
tends to be the hardest part of the process.
Once the order is placed it will take around
four weeks for your coins to get here. We know
this is a hard time for you, so if you have any
questions please feel free to contact us.
6. Coins have arrived!
Once we get word that your coins are almost
completed we will let you now that the remaining
balance of your order needs to be paid. If you
have already paid for your order we will let you
know the coins are on the way. We will not ship
the coins without receiving full payment.
7. Enjoy your coins.
Your coins will arrive carefully packaged and
once you break through the bubble tape you will
be amazed at the high quality of our work and
want to tell everyone that you got your coins
done through MTM Coins.
8. Reorder.
Your
coins will be gone before you know it, so you
will have to reorder. All you have to do is
shoot us an e-mail with how many coins you want
reordered and we will get it started as soon as
we receive a deposit. Reorders take less time
than the initial order, so the wait is not
nearly as long!
